Knees together will release tightness in the lower back and knees apart around the width of your yoga mat will work opening the hip region more. Working with the arms forward also works along the meridian lines of the heart/lung, small/large intestines,Circulation, Respiration and Elimination. Try it for 5 mins being aware of your breath, bringing you into the present moment, calming you and your breath down to the earth, finding stillness and peace.
