Today I will love and accept both the positive and negative aspects of myself and others.

Today I will love and accept myself as I am

and accept the world as it is.

Today I remember that everything out there is also inside me.

Take a long breath in through your nose, open, feel, pause and exhale out through the mouth a cleansing breath to release tension or any negative thoughts dragging you down, making you feel heavy.
